Checked in around 2 AM, feeling lost after a family loss. The staff provided comfort with a warm smile and offered cookies. it felt like a hug.

The room was clean, but a bit noisy at times. I could hear footsteps and conversations from the hallway, which disrupted my peace.

Enjoyed a delightful two-night stay filled with friendly staff who made us feel like family. The complimentary breakfast featured delicious waffles, and the nearby restaurants were a bonus. Remember to explore the nearby Botanical Gardens. it's just a short drive away for a relaxing afternoon!

Had a great time with friends! We explored the Space Center and enjoyed some local restaurants. The staff was friendly, especially Jontelle and Abby, who made sure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious enough for all of us.

The spacious rooms were nice, but the hallway carpets were dirty.

It was just a prime choice for a date night in Huntsville with good value. Errence helped with my check-in and was super friendly. Keep an eye out for the warm cookies for the kids!

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, a swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with bug spray. I highly recommend it!

The breakfast was a major highlight with an awesome spread of waffles and fruits that made the mornings feel special. And Sheron, that girl ran the front desk while juggling breakfast while putting a smile on everyone's face-keep her around, she’s a gem!

My children wanted more options for snacks after hours. A vending machine would have really made things easier for families.

The location of Comfort Suites in Huntsville worked out great for us. The staff greeted us with a friendly smile and helped us settle in quickly. We appreciated the spacious room that gave everyone enough room to move around. The bathroom was nice and comfortable too. However, the Wi-Fi was disappointing. it barely worked in our room and didn't reach far outside. The pool area could have used a bit more space since it felt cramped when a few kids were splashing around. Unfortunately, I saw some employees' kids running around unsupervised in the hallways, which made me a bit uneasy. The hotel also had a strange smell lingering around, which wasn’t great. I really enjoyed the direct TV options available, but I expected a little more cleanliness throughout the property. Overall, our stay was okay, but improvements in Wi-Fi and cleanliness would really enhance the experience.

I had a lovely 3-night stay in a roomy King Suite. The pool was super inviting and perfect for relaxing after a day out, and I enjoyed a hearty hot breakfast each morning. Just wished there was a bit more variety on the breakfast menu, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

Family with children will enjoy it

The room was immaculate! Had a black light test, and this was the cleanest I’ve seen. Plus, the front desk gal, Porscha, was super cool and made check-in painless. It was a relief after a long drive to find not just a clean room but a cozy one too.

Although there were some maintenance issues and a few things in disrepair, the staff really stood out with their friendliness and genuine care for guests. Light pollution from parking lot lamps disrupted our sleep on the first floor, and a noticeable crack in the bathroom counter raised concerns about future damage.

The hotel's decoration felt welcoming, with spacious areas that made moving around easy. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, making it a comfortable spot for seniors. It was a delight to see such attention to accessibility.
